Governors

The Governors of Euxton CE Primary School believe it is important that our governing body reflects the diversity of the school community that they serve. Diverse boards promote inclusive school environments and provide diverse role models for staff and young people. As a school we collect data on the diversity of the board, including data on age, gender, ethnicity and areas of expertise. We use this data to inform recruitment and training needs and ensure there is always a diverse range of perspectives, skills and qualities around the table to support robust decision making.
